If u clean a kitchen u must begin at the top till the bottom:

Te top – U must begin at the sealing then down to the extractor fan, then down to the wall till u begin at ure work station, then the floor.
The equipment must also be clean. Afterword’s u uses the sanitizer to wipe it clean again.
