First we got our chefs close.!! Cool.
Today I learned:
Ø How to set up a Buffy at the boma.
Ø And make all the last food for the night’s dinner.(meet the management)
Ø The night Chef Errol taught me how to cut the chicken.
Ø And I learn how the kitchens dish washer work.
The evening was fun, because all of the managers and people how work at Sondela saw us and meet all of us. We also meet a lot of the people to. Our chef introduce ourselves and say what we did made was the best because I knew people find it interesting to listen what chef make and wants to taste it.
