I have stared with my first course.It is Food Skills for 3 weeks.
It was a hard day because I learned how to count stock and learn all the different tapes of names of the equipment.
Then we stared with the kitchen,we cleaned from TOP to BOTTOM! It wasn't fun because it was filthy and the stove was the hardest thing to clean.
But now I know how to count stock, to make a stock sheet and to claen a KITCHEN propely.
