Today I learned:
ü How to cut Meat in cubs (Gulch).
ü How Poach eggs looked like and what u use to make it.
·       Little vinegar and water.
·       Before it boiling brake the egg in.
·       And the u make it like the customer wants it.
·       The egg must stick on the spoon if u out it on.
·       U must make it loss in between.


ü How to make eggs:
·       Sunnyside up
·       Over easy
·       Turned over
·       Hard



ü How Blanching works:

·       3-5 Minutes u boil it in.
·       The water must cook first.
·       The u put the spinach in.
·       Cook it for 3 min.
·       Cool it down with water.
·       Dry it out.
·       The cut it into Shredded (thin slices)

ü Learn a little about carmines.
Just how to surf it, with mince on and potatoes beside.
ü Learn a little about traditional pancakes:
·       Make the pancake first.
·       Make the souse with millac gold and caramel.
·       Make it on the stove and slice some bananas.
·       Then throw souse into pancake.
·       Roll it and throw some souse over it.


ü Then I learned how to Bronwa a Onion:
·       Cut off ‘ass’ the ‘face’.
·       The peel the onion.
·       And cut into little pieces.
