Classical Chicken Stock.

Mise on plase.
Peel the ugly sides off the vegetables. Then cut into mire poix -VEGETABLE cut.
Cut the chicken skin off, and get the inside off the chicken out.Then wash the vegetables off. Then take the pot and put the chicken in, you can put some vegetables in the chicken and under and above.Then throw some water in.Put ure stove on and put the on the stove.-put lid on. If it boils,put the lid off. If you see scum,you must get it out. Cook 35 min.Then put some wine in.Cook 4-12 hours.
