Today I learned:
If a guest come and book an activity, you must ask the unit number and there surname and a telephone number. you must also put it on the system in there unit number and say charge and also at the end pay folio.
It is so busy if people come in to check in and also if they want to book an activity to.
But a learn more everyday.
