3 May
Today I started at F&B.
I already learned how to make different kinds of coffee's.
First I made a Cafe late, then all the Teas and a Capo chino.
The staff also showed us were you get everything and to put everything if its clean or dirty.They also showed us wear the sugars and coffees is.

4 May
I learned what wee must do in he morning, outside we must sweet and mop.And in the afternoon we must collect all the cups and side plates that wear dirty and washed in the kitchen and back to the coffee station.   

5 May
Wee did the coffee learning again,to remind us. The staff showed me how to count the float in the mornings.


6 May
Today I learned how to set up for welcoming.
1 Table
1 Table cloth
1 Cover table cloth
20 Glasses
15 Wine glasses
3 Wines - 1 Dry red
                1 Dry white
                1 Semi sweet 
20 Side plates
1 Ice bucket 
1 Wine stand
1 Bucket and soap 
1 Dish cloth
1 Towl 
1 Packet of ice
1 Juice jug


I also learn how to waiter.
- Have a pen and paper
- Be friendly
- Have menus 
- Now the menu
- Now the drinks
- Now how to word on the system


7 May
I waitered  but are still learn how to work on the system.


8 May
I  learn how to mus on plus.
- Fold all the forks and knives
- Make all the souses full and clean it.
