This week was hard because there was a conference that wear  3 days long.

On the 24 May.

The conference people come in the morning.

Wee had to welcome them:

Get a hokytokkie and ask the main gate guy to call us if any conference people come in to let us now what car they are driving.

Wen the person stops wee go to the car and greed them,ask if he/she is here for the conference and if they say yes wee show them the way to go.

If on the conference paper stand they want tea and snack at 10 and they want lunch and dinner.

Then wee make coffee and tea for them at 10,but do it earlier do put it there. THEN we prepare lunch for them,all the tables and glasses and the boards and forks and knifes. Wee take there empty boards and glasses away if thy are finished.

After  that  wee prepare dinner for the, its the same packing as the lunch just the food changed.

25 May

It was a long day,we did the conference lunch and dinner again, then wee helped stock count. Wee started count late afternoon then finished at 22:20. The showed us how it worked and how we must count the staff.

They showed us how to prepare for 'vleis vreters'.
