Regular maintenance is good, because if you don't do regular maintenance the staff will broke or get damage. That's why you do maintenance to check the problem and make it right. If you don't, it can damage you and your company or other or animals. And cause problems.
E.G. Roads: Guest get damage must check regularly so guest can ride on the road. And there will be less vehicle maintenance.
Dam: Guest will come and look - If it stinks they will get sick and problems of there health.

Window frames- Paint where new panes been replaced. Must be neat.
Must check operation of any appliances such as gas water, hot plates, kettles.

If you don't carry out maintenance work , your problems become worse, because it will break or get damage. And if it happen the people will get angry and they will not come again and will tell other.So no one will come to your company and your company will fall under it, and the staff will lose there jobs. And company closed.

Must have information about all maintenance. When and where you must repair or you must know where to repair before it become worst.
Must know the signs of weathering of paint and repaint if necessary.
You must be able to check for faulty fuses, leaking bathrooms, taps or leaking/blocked toilets. etc.
Must know when a pipe is leaking or unblocking drains etc.


AC4: Whether the required/Maintenance work:

You must know when - by your self whether you must repair or maintenance must repair it because its above your designated scope of accountability. So you can check and if the pipe is leaking you can repair it but if it has a big hole or broken, you must report it and the people above you can repair it.

The condition of a infrastructure must have conditions of field infrastructure to see how big the problem really is.

You must report the problem at your manager or the maintenance manager. To let them now what happened or is beginning to happen.You can write a report to them to tell them what the problem is.You can also give a verbal communication to the people about the problem. That's why you do both, because it's better to now you have evidence and did all that you can to tell the.

Must do maintenance on the equipment to, because it becomes filthy or broken, so you must check them and look after it.
Store it safe because it can get lost or broken.

Consumable: If you don't bring it back, because you are using it up.
Picking slip: If you bring it back. You don't use it up. 

AC4: The work is completed to the require standards:

The work is completed to the require standards. Staff - They do there jobs.
Vehicle: Is checked.
Fuel: Is full.
Mobile: Checked and recharged.
Food: There is for people.


SO4: Problems and make suggestions:
AC1: Repair work, work done:

The work is done- The problem that has been reported.
It has been done to the standard of the completed work and cost effectiveness and efficiency of physical and human resources utilization.

IF it cost much or less?
How many people worked and the equipment been used?

AC2: A report is prepared for suggestions how to improve the problem the next time it can happen. And to complete it more successfully than then.
