What I learned at the ETD courses.
First we did the Assessor course: This course was so interesting because I learned how to assess properly and how to ask Questions,Observing and check Product samples. There are many ways to assess a person, you also have to be ready do assess.
Then the Facilitation course: I learned how to give class so that the learners can be comfortable and enjoy the class. First you introduce yourself then do an ICE breaker- That means play a game so that they can defrost from being shy. Then ask them what is their expectations  fro the course or the section that your handling with them . Then you give your expectations. Then go over the work. After the handling the section talk about - Did their exceptions exceed, and yours. Then give homework.
 So it was interesting to learn how to do it and how to make the class fun.
