Junior Management week.
This week flew over, I learned a lot at junior management. We started with conflict, how to handle a person that has conflict and how to do it the right way and not the wrong way. Then we learned about marketing and sale, what the differences is. Then we learned how to manage people. This year we learned everything because we worked with guest 24 hours 7 day a week so we learned and practice the hole time, but this junior management learned us just how probably to handle it.
